You've auctioned your haversack, explained the whole token thing to a dozen casual bazaar-browsers, justified your price... and someone's coming to find you to buy it.

    Shopper_01 is browsing your wares
    Shopper_01 is browsing your wares

What's going on? the token's right at the top of the list...

    Shopper_01 tells you, 'I'm here'
Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade
Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade
Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade
Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade
You say, 'Just right click on me and purchase, the same as on a vendor, I lag way too much here to do a trade'

Not completely true. I do lag a lot on my bazaar mule comp, but I'm darned if I'm going to lose my spot just because he can't figure it out.

Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade
Shopper_01 is interested in making a trade

He doesn't get it. He goes away.

Shopper_01 tells you, 'Let me know when you not afk'

You explain the bazaar thing again.

    *pause*

Shopper_01 tells you, 'You can't sell bags in the bazaar'

You go afk like you wanted to...

Wish they'd just put something about tokens in a patch message.

I can't stand it when you've stopped by your seller mule computer to see what's sold and/or to check if any of "those things you always look for" are up for sale and someone clicks on you, browsing....

      So you wait and watch...

      Forever.

It's like they click you and then go afk (and you know it's not one of your regular seller neighbors).

      Friggin' buy something already!

Chenier, I laughed so hard at your post!

Often when I am in trader mode, I am shopping and/or foraging ... and when I see someone browse me, I stop everything ... guess it is some sort of subconscious phobia that if I do ANYTHING it will somehow break my vendor and they won't be able to buy from me. I stare at the screen in anticipation .. will they buy a stack of Friut for 1 gold each, or will it be a Mistletoe Cutting Sickle? And the anticipation builds, and builds ... and nothing ... but they are still standing there! LOL

          Click Anticlimax

          Some reasons I've found:

They right-click you accidentally, then close your trader window and right click the trader they wanted. You see "browsing..." and they don't move.

They right-click, then close and then /bazaar for the next item, without moving. Hmph.

They right-click and then close because they don't have the plat. They stand there like a speed bump while they beg plat, in shouts, from guildmates. Double Hmph.

They right-click and have a heart attack at the keyboard. You then have a stroke because they're the fifteenth person to do that.

I had one fellow browse my wares, the go elsewhere, then come back, then leave, FIVE TIMES. After the fifth time, I asked him what he wanted. He wanted a crucible of escape but only had 15 plat (I charge 235). He kept checking back, he said, to see if the price had dropped.

          Triple Hmph.

Lol, like it will magically end up 15 plat if he keeps checking

This clearly happens because they are confused by your "netspeak" and they don't know what a "u" is. :-)

They did, though. People are just too lazy to read the patch messages

Mm, maybe it was in a patch before Christmas and I missed it then... all I know was I came home after the holiday and the tokens were in game, but no patch message for me to look at.

I'm one who normally reads the patch messages. I think I missed or skimmed over this Token thing. I hate being the millionth person to ask this but.. whats the Token for? how might one use them. I know there are Tokens for the casino but I assume this is different.

*edit*--> I just read the patch. For those who missed the patch.. here is a quote "Caerlyna in the Bazaar will trade your containers for tokens and will trade tokens for containers."
