If I wanted to create a haste potion for a level 65 friend, which would be the best to use?

Adrenaline Tap
Cost to make: 58p
Duration: 5 minutes.

Both will give a 40% haste at level 65.

Neither, in my opinon, are useful due to the cost and duration, but if I had to make one, I'd make the longer duration one.
