Where to ask about adding site link?

Dear Niami,

I've had a website for a couple of years now dedicated to tradeskills and the raising thereof. It covers pretty much everything to do with raising skill, while leaving the encyclopedic knowledgebase in your more than capable hands (a couple of the guides still need updating, but they get done as and when I have time ie very rarely:)

Have thought about asking if you would consider my site for addition to the Links page on EQTraders in the past, but never found where to ask, so I shall ask here instead.

Give me a nudge in a few days to remind me about this, please. On top of everything else, I'm configuring my new PC this afternoon, and have to install/copy a ton of stuff before I can spare the brain cycles to tackle site updates via either PC (and the laptop is kinda sorta ill, so I can't deal with it from there...) .

It's a very nice site indeed, I used it when I first started trade skilling. Don't remember it being on geocities though.

The site has always been on geocities:)

It is, however, graciously mirrored for me EQDruids, as Spiritual kindly offered to host it aswell to provide the site to more people (more people find it through EQDruids than just by searching for tradeskill sites).

So a lot of people are not aware that Trader's Workshop is an original site in it's own right, and not actually a part of EQDruids:)

OOOH! Xanthe, can I link to your site from the shawl guide? It's a popular request from shawl questers but the guides that I found or that were submitted to me have always gone down too fast, required too much upkeep on my part, or too quickly went out of date with no updates in sight. It'd be great to have one that I can just point to and that's getting actively updated as needed.

Shawl Quest....errr.....I'm so tired now I am falling asleep in the computer lab so I can't be sure, but I don't think I have a shawl quest guide on my site. I keep meaning to do that but it's finding the time, and there's such a great one here it'd only really be copying stuff, and I don't like to take credit for other people's work.

If you mean the Earring quest then by all means go ahead:) That needs updating too, but that's kinda at the bottom of the list right now, as it contains all the basic information, and getting the skill guides all up to date is taking priority:)

Updates to the site are NOT gonna happen again for at least another two weeks I would say, I have a week and a half left of pure hell at University this term, I am not getting enough time to sleep let alone think about my website. Then I am due at hospital for a bit of surgery, but once I'm up and about from that I shall hopefully find some time to get some work done on it. Playing double catchup though, because the site wasn't fully updated pre-PoP, so I have that to add too:) Plus I still have 13 AA points to get and then 5 skills to take up another 50 points and probably 2 levels i should think about getting...

Ahhh busy busy the life of the tradeskiller...:)

Aha! Found what you were asking about:) I do have eyes, they just feel like prunes at the moment from lack of sleep. Hmm, sounds like a Ranger buff, Eyes Like Prunes....

But anyway, yes please feel free to link to me:) Site is NOT up to date right now, but ti does get worked on occasionally when i have the time:)
