Thurg Wheel is a pain

I absolutely hate the thurg pottery wheel. I spend 500pp buying all the pelts, zombie skins and animal skins i could afford in the bazaar which amounted to about 8 stacks and went over to thurg knowing it was the easiest place to pick up all the supplies for making the poison vials cheap with 138 charisma and indiff. con. well i have a pottery skill of like 132 and was hoping to get it moving so that maybe i could get to 200 within a few hours or so but no it just wouldn't be today. I spend 30min making vials and realized i hadn't made a single skill up after like 3 stacks of vials being made so i took the advise of a friend and stopped for a bit and made some batwing pies, supposedly the tradeskills go on a random roll and if you are hitting all neg then it just isn't going to happen so you should stop and come back later and try again. well of those three stacks almost all of them were successes just no skill up and i know i hadn't max skill for the vials yet because i hadn't got the message yet well i went back like 2 hrs later and tried again ans made the last of my 5 stacks and still only got 2 skills up, i am a necro with a int of 236 and wis of 126 and made almost all successes but only 2 skills up. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT. That only makes me want to kill every coldain because i have decided it is just a conspiracy to get me to spend more money in their town. I will never again use the pottery wheel in thurg. to skill up i think the gms got tired of all the people raising skills there just for the prayers shawl and nerfed the wheel, no i am not some crazy conspiracy theorist just an angry and now still not a grandmaster pottery freak.

Never mind that. The fact that if someone is using the wheel, there isn't another to use until... ooh, let me think... THE NEXT CONTINENT is enough to annoy me. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

I wouldn't say its THAT bad. After all, there's a pottery wheel only two zones away (Thurga->GD->PoK). And there's one or two more only one zone beyond that.
