i noticed that only the wizard's lexicon or whatever is provided with source, Researcher Alvarik in gulf of Gunthak...... the Warlock's Book of Binding and Phanrasmal Tome (necro and chanter respectively) and likely the mage book are from the same NPC..... and it's not so much a "quest" as hail him and state class ("i am a necromancer") and recieve the proper book...... with just the clue from here, and no other site listing how to GET these (and caster realm down, so no idea if they have it) i finally tried this approach, and "poof" jackpot..... hope this gets added as well as something better than "result of a quest"
