Muddites

I have been farming clay and ore off of the Muddites in Beholders.. too cheap to buy it ;)
I keep getting drops of Muddite Mud. I couldn't find any recipies, but a post on another site said it was used for poison. True? I used the search, to see if there was anything listed about it, love the new search function. Nope. So, if anyone knows what it is for, please let me know as I just destroy it while farming.

Thanks, Lothay. I guess I scanned the poison section too fast and missed it. Now, do people actually make this, or should I just continue destroying it when I am farming?
