Living Charcoal?

Does anyone know what drops this? I understand that it drops in Plane of Tactics - even if the drop rate is bad, I was unable to find what mob even has a chance of dropping it.

If anyone knows can you post it here? Thank you....

its Living Coal, and I've only seen one drop... and that was in the arena area, not sure on which mob since it was a guild raid and we were plowing over stuff to get to where we wanted.
